The bots contained in this list of Bad Bots generally provide no value to the website.  The list includes scrapers, spambots, email harvesters and more bots that you don't want on your site.  In many cases, bots that are generally online crawling with a malicious purpose have no desire to follow any robots.txt or meta tag attempt at controlling them.  The IP addresses that they use may change so often that it is nearly impossible to control them.  

The bots listed below were either caught in our bot catcher or submitted to BotReports as a bad bot.  If you notice bots on your site that appear to have no real reason to be there and or they are not following the robots.txt, you can submit them here for inclusion into this list.
